Music at Perry’s
Live music every Friday and Saturday! I like to mix our music up here at Perry’s. Being a singer myself I appreciate all different genres when performed well.
One day it could be a blues trio like Brian Read and co. The next time you might hear a guitar duo like Les and Amy. (Amy’s Grandparents and family have been customers of mine for 38 years) On your third visit you might bump into the Corner Boys-3 part harmony with an upright bass-awesome. Then there’s “Amazing Mike” and he is amazing. He plays 2 horns at a time, cowbells, xylophone, accordion and more; he’s a hoot.” FUN “Rodney Brown plays an awesome sax and actually walked the bar and played in my original song and music video “ Can’t stop Dreamin” I think it’s pretty good for my first song but I’M NOT GIVING UP MY DAY JOB.
We all need to get rid of stress and enjoy our lives. Music has always been my release.
I’d like to invite you all over to Park Ridge for great music, food and drinks.
People drive from near and far to sing and compete with friends that they have made here at Perry’s. Chris & Hilary just walk over from down the block along with some other “close” customers. No, not everyone is a professional singer here but we sure have a blast.
Everyone has their favorite songs to perform and Pat our Karaoke Host has over 40,000 songs to choose from in different keys. He’ll find something for you guaranteed.
Have a beer or wine, and come on over for a good time with fellow singers and friends.
Sports is Perry’s!
Sports is a part of Chicago as it is Perry’s. Close to the Blue Line, many fans usually come here after spending a wonderful afternoon either at the Friendly Confines of Wrigley Field or at 35th and Shields watching the White Sox.
If they can’t get a ticket, people will usually come in to watch Anthony Rizzo, Kris Bryant, and the defending World Series Champion Chicago Cubs, or Jose Quintana, Todd Frazier, and the Chicago White Sox compete to bring the title to the South Side.
Once the weather gets a bit colder, many of our customers will come in to enjoy some hot pizza or ribs while watching the Bears, Bulls and Blackhawks. Many famous Chicago sports icons, like Ron Santo, have also resided in Park Ridge keeping the stars close to home.
