“The Garibaldi” What’s that you say. I found out about this tasty sandwich from a colleague of mine when I worked at Morton’s of Chicago back in the late 70’s. Garlic bread with ham, prosciutto and mozzarella-yum. Evidently, he was an Italian general who knew how to eat.
